Decatur Health will host a Town Hall Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) lunch on Thursday, March 21st. The purpose of this meeting will be to review collected community health indicators and gather community feedback opinions on key unmet health needs for Decatur County. This event will be held on Thursday, March 21st, from 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. at Gateway.
