Lindsey Osterhaus, BSW

Human Resources Director

Lindsey Osterhaus currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Decatur Health. As HR, she is responsible for managing Decatur Health’s most valuable assets- its employees. Lindsey provides day-to-day leadership and HR functions in strategic planning, compliance requirements, growing our organization, employee development, talent management, and preparing for the future. Lindsey is also active on the Planning and Activities Committee, Marketing Committee, and Golf Committee.

Lindsey is a 2004 Decatur Community High School graduate who attended Washburn University and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Social Work in 2008.

Patient Care Technician (PCT) - Day Shift

Part-Time (0.6 FTE)

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A certified nursing assistant (CNA) registry is preferred but not required. Shifts are 6am-6pm. This position participates in a weekend and holiday rotation.

Quality & Risk Management/Compliance Officer

Full-Time (1.0 FTE)

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kansas. This position is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and oversight of the organization’s regulatory compliance, risk management, and quality improvement programs. This role ensures that all hospital operations align with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational strategic goals. The position partners closely with clinical and operational leaders to promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and regulatory readiness

Registered Nurse – Procedure/Outpatient/HPM

Full Time (1.0 FTE)

Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas is required. The Procedure Nurse provides direct nursing care to patients before, during, and after outpatient minor surgical procedures and administered specialty medications by infusion/injection. Responsibilities include scheduling, documentation, equipment/supply management, outpatient clinic support, recovery room care. This position also serves as the Holistic Pain Management (HPM) lead, coordinating all HPM procedures and performing as the procedure nurse for those treatments.

Registered Nurse - Night Shift (Med/Surg & Emergency Department)

Full Time (0.9 FTE)

Must be licensed in the state of Kansas. 12-hour shifts (6pm-6am) with every third weekend and holiday rotation. Positions Open: 3

Environmental Services Tech (EVS).

Full-Time (1.0 FTE)

Duties include cleaning assignment areas according to procedures and standards, including but not limited to patient care areas, office areas, public areas, and the Family Practice Clinic. Various shifts and one Saturday a month.
