Human Resources Director
Lindsey Osterhaus currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Decatur Health. As HR, she is responsible for managing Decatur Health’s most valuable assets- its employees. Lindsey provides day-to-day leadership and HR functions in strategic planning, compliance requirements, growing our organization, employee development, talent management, and preparing for the future. Lindsey is also active on the Planning and Activities Committee, Marketing Committee, and Golf Committee.
Lindsey is a 2004 Decatur Community High School graduate who attended Washburn University and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Social Work in 2008.

Plant Operations
Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
Main duties include upkeep of the physical plant and all work areas; monitoring, inspecting, repairing, testing, and maintaining building systems and equipment. This position also assists with outdoor grounds care, including snow removal and lawn mowing. Position includes participation in an on-call rotation for weekday, weekend, and holidays for after hour emergencies and urgent maintenance issues.
Radiologic Technologist
Full-Time (0.9 FTE) or Part-Time (0.5) & PRN
Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program and a Kansas State LRT license is required. Must be ARRT certified. This position participates in a rotating on-call schedule.
Environmental Services Tech
Part-Time (0.6 FTE)
Monday-Friday 2PM-7:30PM ; Duties include cleaning assignment areas according to procedures and standards, including but not limited to patient care areas, office areas, public areas within the Hospital and Clinics.
Day Shift Patient Care Technician (PCT)
Part-Time (0.6 FTE)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A certified nursing assistant (CNA) registry is preferred but not required. Shifts are 6am-6pm. This position participates in a weekend and holiday rotation.
IT Systems Specialist
Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
Position responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Decatur Health’s computer systems, networks, and user technology. Open to entry level or advanced candidates with strong technical capability. Duties include supporting LAN/WAN systems, servers, wireless networks, VPNs, hardware/software installation, VoIP, printers, and user support. IT certification or equivalent experience preferred; Associate degree preferred. Experience preferred; strong communication and multitasking skills required.
RHC/Pro Fee Coder
Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
In house position. Responsible for coding Family Practice, ER, and Inpatient diagnoses and procedures using ICD 10 and CPT, reviewing documentation for accuracy, submitting prior authorization requests and assisting with HIM clerical tasks. Experience preferred; coding certification required within 12 months of hire, with initial progress toward certification expected within the first 6 months.
Registered Nurse, LPN-IV Certified and Patient Care Technician
