Decatur Health Family Practice Clinic has added an additional day to have sport physicals completed at no cost to USD #294 students. Students may walk-in to FPC on August 15th during normal business hours to complete their sport physical. This will be the last day to have a sport physical completed at no cost for 2024-2025 school year.
