In an effort to continue improving its quality of care, Decatur Health has created a Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). On the council will be community advisors who will be asked to serve alongside health care staff to ensure multiple perspectives and experiences are both heard and integrated into improving quality of care.
What is a patient and family advisor?
Someone who wants to help and improve the quality of our hospitals care for all patients and family members.
Gives feedback to the hospital based on their experience as a patient or family member.
