Go to MyCareCorner.net or click the link on our main page, and sign in to your account and you can see and print your medical records from there. If you haven’t signed up for MyCareCorner yet contact Cherish Seifert at (785) 475-3822 and get an invitation sent to your email to join.
Call our Specialty Clinic for a self-referral. Sometimes your insurance may ask for a Doctor’s referral but you can schedule a specialty service at any time by calling (785) 470-6356.
