Taylor Fortin, BSN, RN
Director of Clinic Operations
Born and raised in the Oberlin area, I’ve built my life and career around serving my community. I began my nursing journey at Colby Community College, earning my ADN in 2019, and went on to complete my BSN in 2023. I’ve worked within Decatur Health for five years now, where I’ve gained a deep experience and strong commitment to patient-centered care.
She is married with three wonderful kids, and when she is not working, you'll usually find her cheering at her kiddos sporting events or riding with her husband doing all the things that cow owners do. Her roots, her family, and her passion for rural healthcare continue to shape who she is both personally and professionally.
